The Office and Gilmore Girls...

So, what do Gilmore Girls and The Office have in common? Well...Ryan LOVES their theme songs... LOL. :) While he will hate hearing about this when he is older it is hilarious now. The second they come on he hauls butt to the TV so he can sit and watch the TV while they play. He will even stop nursing just to twist around to see the TV! With Gilmore Girls he bops up and down to the music dancing and smiling. The funny thing is once the song is over he could care less about the actual show and goes right back to playing. I get a kick out of it every time so I thought I would share. :)

Ryan's New Pictures

Well 9 months had come and gone and I was late getting new pictures of Ryan. I aim for pictures every three months, but I am consistently 2 or 3 weeks late on that... oh well. Here is one of my favorites and I will post a few more later. Now... all I have to do is get some in the mail! That's just one more thing that I am REALLY bad at. (Sorry Tina and Lewis!)

Eventually I will get some pictures of Chris and I on here too! :)

New Haircut

Well I just got a haircut tonight from Kim, my cousin. I told her I was ready for something new and that I was willing to be brave...LOL. Well I got some red and blond highlights. I also cut it shorter... so here it is. :)

Here are some pictures of Ryan playing the middle of June, so he was about 9 months old. He really likes reading. I find him looking through them all the time and of course he also likes to eat them! :)

This is how Ryan crawls... well usually he crawls on his knees when on the carpet but on the tile he crawls like this. It's really cute to see him switch back and forth when he goes from the kitchen to the family room.

Ryan LOVES the stairs and he will often drag up toys with him. This time it was a box of golf balls that Dad got for his birthday.

Fourth of July

Well its been a while since my last post... oops! :) On the 4th we spent the afternoon with our families. We all drove over to the Alameda and Jefferson area to watch the fireworks from the Balloon Fiesta park. Just so happens the fireworks ended up RIGHT behind the only tree that was really in our way. So we had to pick up move a bit over to see them. Ryan enjoyed these fireworks since they were far away and not too loud! We went back over to my parents after that to light some fireworks of our own. Ryan was not too sure about those ones since he was way too tired. He was intrigued by the light but scared at the same time. When they made any sound at all it was enough to send him snuggling into me. Can't say I minded that, but I did feel bad that he was scared! :)
