Halloween

We kept Halloween pretty low key this year. Ryan was Spider-man (of course) and Reagann used Ryan's old costume and was a pumpkin... so cute! Ryan was really excited about the candy, but not totally sure about strangers giving it to him. So, we took him to my parents house and to a few houses on their street and that was about it. After hanging out there for a little bit we went to Doug and Lydia's house. They had made all sorts of yummy Halloween treats! We had a great time and the food was yummy! :) Thanks guys!

Carving Pumpkins

We got together with Michael and Andrea Manning last year to carve pumpkins and we did it again this year. Looks like a tradition in the making. :) We all had a lot of fun deciding what to do with our pumpkins.

Our Little Artist

While we were at Grandma and Grandpa's after Reagann's blessing we had a disaster! I had been nursing Reagann and everyone else was playing a game. Well... when I was done I realized Ryan had been kind of quiet for too long so I went looking for him. I looked in all the rooms and didn't see him. I went back to the living room and he finally came out after hearing me call his name. I saw him and thought "Oh no!" He loves coloring on himself... so I was hoping that was all he had done.

I started to walk toward him and off he went back into the spare bedroom and into the adjoining bathroom. When I walked around the door he had the proudest look on his face, like "Look what I did mom, doesn't it look great!" I was mortified!! He had drawn everywhere! I really mean everywhere...the doors, walls, toilet, shower door, cabinets and even a dresser in the bedroom! Yikes!!





All I could think was we HAVE to get it off! I started scrubbing with wipes and NOTHING came off. Luckily Evalee grabbed Comet and some scrubbing sponges and we were able to get MOST of it off. We will have to use paint to get it totally back to normal, but at least it came off the non paintable surfaces. I was so relieved! Evalee was laughing so hard... I hope that Ryan doesn't think it is funny and knows that he REALLY shouldn't do that EVER again! Sorry Evalee and Gary about the mess!!

Reagann's Blessing

Chris blessed little Reagann today. Reagann is just over 3 weeks! Aunt Missy was in town so we decided that it was the perfect time to bless her. Also, since this weekend was part of the balloon fiesta we also got to have Kirk Davenport and the Cummings Family there with us. It was nice to see everyone and have them be a part of Reagann's special day.

After the blessing we went to the Grandma and Grandpa's house for lunch. It was nice to spend a little more time with Missy before she had to head back to Utah!





Ryan hanging out in his favorite chair. Grandma and Grandpa got this chair for Ryan when he was just little, but he recently rediscovered it and has been in heaven. He goes to find it every time we go to their house!

Just because I love them so much...

I love taking pictures of this kiddo. He cracks me up when he says "Cheese!" and gets his goofy grin on his face. He love to just be in his diaper... which is cute until I have to actually get clothes on him! He won't even put on pjs for bed... he just tells me "No thanks, Mama!"





I love this sweet little girl. I can't imagine life without her with us. She is such a cuddle bug (they all are at this age) and I love it! I love the tiny little hands and feet too!

These kids are so much fun... it's worth being totally exhausted each morning! :)

Balloon Fiesta - Mass Ascension

We had to take the kids to the Balloon Fiesta Mass Ascension. Ryan was in heaven, he really loved the balloons. Since I am writing this WAY after the fact I can tell you that for a week or so after the Balloon Fiesta if we put his jacket on he would ask to go see the "bayoons"!
