Fun at the Mall

Ryan loves trains and was so excited to go on a ride... or two! :) He kept running through the "EXIT" gate as other kids were getting off. Guess he figured it was the quickest way on!





Ryan loves the carousel. Although he is just now starting to like the horses, before he use to ride in the spinning cup!

Santa Claus!!

We finally made it to see Santa this morning. Ryan was really excited and just wanted to run up to him, luckily we were only 4th in line! He was a little timid getting on his lap but once he was there he was happy as can be! Reagann woke up in Santas lap, so she looks a little out of it... LOL! :)

Blog Updates

I have made a lot of blog updates in the last few days, but I kept the original dates on them so they go all the way back to the beginning of October. I was pretty far behind! :)

Fun Game

Last night Ryan came up with a new game. He gathered all his sports balls and matched them to the ones on his rug. :) It was really cute because he was so proud! He also loves reading books. It is hard to get him to sit still during the day, but at night he finally settles down... a bit! One of his favorite books is Brown Bear, Brown Bear. He love this one and will actually read the majority of it to me! :)

Sugar Cookies

Well I had a great idea to make some sugar cookies and have Ryan help decorate them. Well, Kelli and I cut out and cooked the cookies and then we were ready for the kiddos to decorate. The sad thing is that at this point Ryan was so tired, he hadn't had a nap, that he totally lost it and cried until he fell asleep, then cried in his sleep and woke up crying. So, he didn't get to decorate a single cookie. :( I have learned my lesson... cook one day and decorate the next!

Watch them GROW

I took pictures of Ryan with this bear throughout his first year. I totally forgot to do a 1 month picture of Reagann with it, but did remember for 2 months...luckily! :) She is currently about 12 lb 8 oz and 22 inches long... 90th percentile for both weight and height.

ABQ Jump with the Picketts

Tyler, Julia, Landon, Shane and Mayah came to town for Thanksgiving. We got together and went to ABQ Jump. Julia's dad and her sister Caroline were there too! I think all the kiddos had a lot of fun!

Miss Smiley

Reagann is such a happy little girl. All you have to do is look at her and she just lights up. She loves the attention! :) If you work a little harder you can even get a little laugh!! I absolutely love it!! She always has her little fists all balled up and clenched in front of her chest. It makes it really hard to put on her shirts!

New Boots

Technically they are MY new boots, but I think Ryan has actually worn them more than me! He loves putting them on and stumbling around the house. It's really cute and I am sure Chris prefers him wearing these over my heels! LOL

Reagann's Got BLING!

I absolutely LOVE this ring that JoLiane bought for Reagann. It is too cute! She also has a little bracelet, so I will have to get a picture of it too. She gets comments on it ALL the time! :)

Hangin' Out

Here are a few picture of Ryan and Reagann hangin' out after church. Reagann likes to sit up so we often prop her up on the couch. She LOVES it! When we do sit her up like this I often find Ryan sitting right next to her. He sure loves his little sister!



It looks like he is squeezing her cheeks, but he really barely touches her. He ALWAYS does this to her. Most the time she likes it, but she lets him know when she is fed up with it!

Halloween

We kept Halloween pretty low key this year. Ryan was Spider-man (of course) and Reagann used Ryan's old costume and was a pumpkin... so cute! Ryan was really excited about the candy, but not totally sure about strangers giving it to him. So, we took him to my parents house and to a few houses on their street and that was about it. After hanging out there for a little bit we went to Doug and Lydia's house. They had made all sorts of yummy Halloween treats! We had a great time and the food was yummy! :) Thanks guys!

Carving Pumpkins

We got together with Michael and Andrea Manning last year to carve pumpkins and we did it again this year. Looks like a tradition in the making. :) We all had a lot of fun deciding what to do with our pumpkins.
